Founder & Principal
Victor has closed 100+ real estate investment deals since 2012 — a portfolio valued at over $11M — serving institutional, high-net-worth, and SME investors while shaping investor portfolio development and acquisition strategy across the US. A BBA Finance graduate, author, and entrepreneur featured in Forbes and Business Insider, he leads FLED’s international development strategy and global investor relations.

Co-Founder & Principal
Simon is a real estate developer and mortgage banker who has structured millions of dollars in development financing and investment capital across Africa and international markets. He leads FLED’s Nigeria pipeline — including 140+ units under development in Abuja and Lekki, Lagos — and serves as President of Guyana Gold Corp. (OTC: GYGC). He continues a family legacy in real estate: his father founded Knight Frank’s Nigeria and Africa offices.
